Liis Orav is an integrative health therapist and nutritionist. She received the qualification of a nutritionist from Annely Soots’s Health School and has improved her professional skills by taking part in various courses and trainings both in Estonia and abroad and listening to lecturers specialised in naturopathy, nutrigenomics, integrative medicine and biomedicine. Liis provides individual consultations, menu analyses and advice on how to boost the immune system and feel more energetic. She also provides holistic nutritional advice to support the medicinal treatment of various ailments and chronic diseases.
