Mirjam Hakkaja is a psychologist and a clinical Ayurveda consultant. She has received two Master’s degrees from the University of Tartu, one in Linguistics and the other in Psychology. She has completed the EMBA programme at the Estonian Business School and has worked as a teacher, head of personnel, the CEO of a small business and a personnel consultant in companies and third sector organisations. Her most important experience, however, is being a wife and a mother. She has been in a relationship for 25 years and has four children.
Mirjam was first introduced to Ayurveda when she and her family members were experiencing health problems. The simple yet intense practices of Ayurveda have helped them regain their health as well as have taught them how to live in the moment and enjoy life in all its diversity.
