Kaja Heinsalu is an addiction counsellor, supervisor, coach and recovery coach. She has extensive experience and knowledge on working with people with addiction. Kaja practices various evidence-based psychosocial techniques and uses the 12-step programme, the SMART model and various other alternative approaches to successfully tackle issues that may seem persistent and unsolvable to her patients.

Kaja has graduated from the Tallinn Health Care College with a degree in Nursing. She has also graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in Physiotherapy and received a degree in Marketing from Tallinn University. She continues to educate herself in order to offer her clients the best support and advice.
